These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Biblical Clarity, operated by Fernando J. Padron, Springfield, Missouri ("Biblical Clarity," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, including all content, features, and services offered on or through the Site. By visiting, registering for, or otherwise using the Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Biblical Clarity is an academic platform that publishes scholarly research in biblical and theological studies. The Site provides access to scholarly articles, research surveys, a community discussion forum through article comments, a Letters and Responses section, and a newsletter. The content published on this Site represents the views and arguments of the individual authors only and does not represent the official position of any institution.
Certain features of the Site, including the ability to post comments, require you to create a member account. When you create an account, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (b) maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate; (c) keep your password confidential and not share it with others; (d) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account; and (e) accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in behavior harmful to the Site or its community. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their express authorization.
When you submit comments or letters through the Site, you grant Biblical Clarity a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your submission in connection with the Site. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Community Standards. Because this Site is an academic platform for theological and biblical discourse, we hold submitted comments and letters to a standard of scholarly engagement. By submitting content, you agree not to post:

All articles, research papers, editorial content, site design, logos, and original text published on this Site are the property of Biblical Clarity or the respective contributing authors and are protected by United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and applicable international copyright treaties. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without prior written permission from the copyright holder, except as permitted by the doctrine of fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107.
Fair Use. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Greene County, Missouri. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objection to such venue. Nothing in this section limits our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
